Payment options for your order

for simple orders within 31kg, we use DHL as forwarder and you may select between these choices:

- Payment in advance
- DHL Cash on delivery
- PayPal payment
- PayPal CreditCard Payment
- PayPal Invoice (if available for your Country)
- Cash at pickup in our warehouse in Memmingen, Auchstrasse 14.

If your order is > 31kg

If your order won't be able to ship via DHL, you'll get the options "Cash at pickup in our warehouse" or "Shipping offer"

This will appear, if you order big amounts of bottles, glasses and other heavy stuff. In this case we need to ship the order with a forwarder.

For sure, you may choose "Cash at pickup in our warehouse" and use your favorite forwarding company. In this case just use the comment field at the end of the order process like "We will arrange pickup with XY forwarding limited". We will get in touch with you, to finalize the payment and shipping details.

We have a lot of products, that aren't simple shippable via DHL. But we're used to send tons of goods every day, so we will definitely find the perfect shipping solution for your. From our side we prefer the company "Lebert" as forwarding partner.
